Working with financial advisors, bank and trust departments, attorneys, insurance companies, and individuals who need the professional assistance of an accredited, unbiased and ethical appraiser.

My appraisals are written to the highest standard in the industry, namely,
USPAP which stands for "Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice".
Appraisal charges are NOT based on a percentage of value. Hourly rates are charged for on-site inspection, research, and document preparation.

We offer written and verbal appraisals depending on the client's needs.

Written appraisals are considered legal documents.

They are an absolute necessity for a variety of reasons.

Insurance purposes:

To verify existence, condition and item value

To establish balance between too much and not enough coverage

To assist in damage claims

Equitable distribution

Estate division among family members

Divorce asset division

Accurate supporting documentation for the IRS including

Donations over a certain dollar amount

We also offer verbal approximations of value when a legal document is not necessary.

Whether you want to know the value of a single item or an entire house full, we can tell you what your valuables are worth.

A verbal approximation of value is offered only when the client understands the limitations inherent in an appraisal based on readily apparent identification without the benefit of research.

This type of appraisal is performed on an hourly basis.
